Research day and Hard Rock Cafe
Bogota, Colombia, South America
Today was a chilled research day for me. I didn’t do much during the day except send out a couple of emails to Spanish schools in the area and try to figure out what I should see in Bogota.
I met Melissa after she finished work again and we went out Hard Rock Cafe for dinner! This was my 42nd HRC in the world, and my first in South America. I was surprised at how cheap it was. Most HRC’s are the same price all around the world, but this one seemed to be a bit cheaper. We started out with a local food for a starter, empinada’s and they were excellent. Then we split chicken fajitas, and had a couple of local beers. One of Melissa’s friends met us for a drink and a bite to eat, and then we all got a ride home from Melissa’s mom. She’s such a nice lady.
